International Programs Office is dedicated to helping students learn about and experience diverse world cultures. We provide information, logistical, social and immigration support for international students arriving from abroad.
We also organize international opportunities for students interested in studying or serving others around the world.

Study Abroad
The International Programs Office offers access to short-term or semester-long academic programs abroad. Whether you are interested in spending a few weeks studying Spanish in Costa Rica, a semester in England or have your own unique destination in mind, the International Programs Office will help you find the program that is right for you.

Semester Abroad
Stritch offers many exciting and affordable study abroad opportunities. Stritch semester abroad programs are usually offered at the same tuition rate as staying here at Stritch. Overseas housing and food plan costs are also similar. Our goal is to make studying abroad an affordable option for you.

Stritch sponsors our own study abroad programs at two universities in England as well as in South Korea and Taiwan. Partner universities are chosen for their academic excellence, similarity to Stritch curriculum, as well as safe and charming settings.
- Lancaster, England: St. Martin’s College
- Chester, England: Chester College
- Seoul, South Korea: Catholic University of Korea
- Taipei, Taiwan: Fu Jen Catholic University

Stritch students also have access to study abroad programs offered by our study abroad partner institutions. These include:
- University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia
- Spanish American Institute in Seville, Spain

For those students who have another international destination in mind, the International Programs Office will help you access hundreds of different programs around the world.

If you are interested in spending a semester abroad, e-mail the Stritch International Office at studyabroad@stritch.edu to arrange an appointment.

Intensive Academic Tours
Not everyone has time to spend an entire semester abroad. You can fulfill a lifetime dream and gain academic credit by participating in a short-term program that takes place during the summer or winter break periods. Regularly scheduled intensive academic tours include studying political science or history in South Korea, or studying art in Italy. More programs, however, are offered all the time.
If you are interested in participating in an intensive tour, contact the International Programs Office at studyabroad@stritch.edu.

Service Trips
Each year Stritch offers at least one Global Action Program for interested students. These exciting adventures have a fundraising component, which keeps costs at a minimum. Students have the opportunity to learn about local culture while helping those in need. There is also an academic service learning option, which allows you to earn academic credit.
To find out about future Global Action Programs, e-mail the International Programs Office at international@stritch.edu.
