Scholarship
Being a member of the NAIA offers smaller private schools like
Stritch the ability to compete at a much higher level and be afforded
the flexibility to meet the demands of their student body. Stritch is
also able to recruit top-tier athletes through our Flahive Athletic
Scholarship Program. Flahive Scholarships are awarded to students in
recognition of outstanding athletic ability, and can greatly influence
the affordability of our University.
**Please note: Flahive Scholarship availability is individual to each sport and based upon the determination of that sport's coach.**
Intramural Athletics & Recreation
Stritch also offers a variety of intramural sports and other activities
that students can get involved in through its Recreation Program.
The Intramural Program provides sport activities and competition for
those who enjoy a structured approach to recreation. Leagues and/or
tournaments are offered in several different activities, including
volleyball and basketball.
The Recreation Program’s goal is to broaden each student's education through worthwhile leisure activities and to make each student's stay at Cardinal Stritch University as enjoyable, healthy and rewarding as possible. A weight training and exercise room, an indoor track, and aerobic and conditioning courses are available on campus for all students.
