Sarah Pflughoeft is a sophomore from Waukesha, Wis., majoring in elementary education, with a minor in special education and reading literacy. Sarah chose Stritch because it is one of the best education schools in Wisconsin, and she has the opportunity to work in a classroom before her freshman year is even over.
