Kirk Messer, from Rockford, Ill., graduated from UW-La Crosse with a degree in philosophy and is often asking his staff whether the glass is half empty or half full. Just kidding, of course. Kirk also has a Master’s in Management from Stritch. On the weekends, he likes to spend time with his wife and kids, and his friends, and to read. Kirk’s favorite food depends on his mood; it can range from sushi, to pizza, to anything on the grill. His favorite band is The Old Crow Medicine Show and he is a crossword puzzle fanatic.
