Living on Campus
Two student residence halls
Although many Stritch students either live off-campus or at home with parents and commute for classes and activities, students agree that living at Stritch is a great experience!
In addition to on-campus apartments that are used primarily by upperclassmen and graduate students, Stritch offers two on-campus residence halls – Clare Hall and the new Assisi Hall.
Both residence halls offer students safe and unique living environments, and are also a great place to get involved and make new friends!

Benefits of Living on Campus
Convenience
Stritch offers many great amenities for your convenience. On-campus parking is provided free of charge, and Stritch is located just minutes from downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan beaches. The campus is located within walking distance to retail shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, including Bayshore Town Center, and a grocery store is located directly across the street from Stritch. Additionally, the Milwaukee Country Transit System offers bus service to many locations around greater Milwaukee, and a bus stop is located right at Stritch's main entrance.
Many campus buildings are connected through indoor walkways, and coin-operated facilities are located in both residence halls. Food Services also offers resident students convenient and affordable five-day and seven-day meal plans in either Serra Dining Hall, which serves cafeteria-style meals, or at the Student Union, which offers made-to-order items.
Safety
The Stritch campus is located in the quiet, residential neighborhoods of Fox Point and Glendale, just north of the Milwaukee city limits. The Fox Point Police Department regularly patrols campus, and the police station is located just minutes from Stritch.
A check-in procedure applies to all guests entering either of the residence halls, and campus security personnel are on duty around campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Stritch utilizes closed-circuit camera security at building entrances and in public spaces, and staff are responsive to student suggestions and concerns.
