Accepted Students

Congratulations on having been accepted to Stritch!

You've been accepted to Cardinal Stritch University - congratulations! But now what? Here’s a list of things to stay on top of to ensure a smooth transition to becoming a Stritch student (and of course, your admissions counselor will help make sure that you stay on top of these!) Form and website links are provided below, for your convenience.

1. Submit your tuition deposit

Reserve your spot by submitting the refundable $100 tuition deposit to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

2. Submit your housing contract and deposit

If you plan to live on-campus in either Clare Hall or Assisi Hall, reserve your space by submitting your housing contract and refundable $50 deposit. (Early submission will give you the greatest chance of receiving your preferred hall/room type.)

3. Take the ASSET Placement Test

Upon acceptance to Stritch, all new students must take the ASSET Placement Test, which is the University’s placement test, before registering for classes. Your admissions counselor will be providing you with more information about registering for this test. You can also view a sample ASSET test for review.

4. File your financial aid paperwork

After Jan. 1 of your senior year of high school, you can complete the FAFSA, which is the federal form that’s required if you plan to receive financial aid. Stritch’s Financial Aid Office will also contact you regarding any other documents that are required.

5. Submit your health history form

All full-time students are required to submit a confidential health history form before the first day of classes.

6. Attend a New Student Registration Day

April 20, 2012 or May 11, 2012 - 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

New Student Registration Days allow you to come to campus to register for classes and learn more about Stritch. You’ll get your Stritch student ID card, take a campus tour, and meet faculty and students from your major. This is a requirement for all new freshmen. Your admissions counselor will contact you with additional registration information.

7. Attend a New Student Orientation

After you’ve been accepted to Stritch and have registered for your classes at your New Student Registration Day, you’ll be invited to attend either a Freshman or Transfer Student Orientation. More information about these events will be mailed to you.
